Parker Smith is a co-founder and Managing Principal of CalTier Realty. Prior to CalTier Realty, Parker co-founded and managed Sy and Smith, PC. Parker has years of experience in finance, law, and real estate. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Finance and spent several years working in the banking industry before deciding to attend law school.

 

After law school, Parker worked for one of the biggest consulting firms providing contracts and acquisitions support for several Acquisitions Category (ACAT) I level programs with a contract ceiling valued over $1 Billion. Parker then co-founded Sy and Smith and has experience working with many high net worth clients.

 

Parker’s passion is real estate; he has personally invested into a number of multi-family projects and through he and the other manager’s networks, CalTier analyzes over $100M in assets at any given time to find the right opportunities for our investors.
