The CalTier Portfolio Fund (CalTier Fund 1, LP) aims to invest into existing class 'B & C' multi-family assets in the West & South Western United States.

 

These assets will have an identified 'value-add' aspect to them in that if they are acquired and then improved the rents can be increased to meet the local economic standard.

We look for assets in areas that have fundamental economic drivers such as major infrastructure improvements, large businesses opening operations and more.

 

The Fund contributes equity as the General Partner to Limited Partner depending on the asset and the best returns possible

The world is changing and we are looking ahead into the future. While no one can exactly predict that future we have seen that there could be a great opportunity for an income and growth fund providing debt financing on qualifying Multi-Family assets.

The CalTier REIT will work side by side with the CalTier Portfolio Fund and its partners to provide creative financing to select Multi-Family assets.

The fund will be an open ended 'evergreen' fund providing much needed financing to core-plus and value-add assets.
